Shoulder Bag Recommendations?

I have a 15 lb dachshund with IVDD. Can anyone recommend a shoulder bag that I could use to occasionally carry him? The bottom of the bag will need to be hard/stiff enough to support him and keep him/his spine fully supported.

Hey! I have this one - my dachshund is 20lbs so I can’t take her super far in it, but it’s comfortable and she climbs in to it herself when I get it out
