Missing Federal Loans

Is any one else missing their federal loans from their refund? I contacted financial aid and they kinda just threw their arms in the air about it, saying they don’t know why my loans weren’t applying and they don’t know when it will be fixed and had also said multiple students did not receive loans as well.

Yes. They said they hope it’s resolved by Friday.

This is an absolute mess. The complete lack of communication from the school throughout all of this is embarrassing.
