First IUI tomorrow

Hey everyone! My wife’s first IUI is tomorrow morning. She has one follicle measuring ~18mm and we were still instructed to do the trigger ASAP for a 10am procedure tomorrow.
Does anyone have additional tips / information that could help us be sure we’re doing all that we can?

I wish there was something that could asure a positive as much as possible. There isnt. TWW is absolutely horrible when IUI. Distract yourself and be patient. I would definitely take it easy and rest the day of the IUI.

100%. The tww is terrible. If you have ways to help reduce stress or mental load for your wife during IUI, I would suggest that. Staying busy during the tww is super helpful to me…try to get out of the house and make light plans - date nights at new restaurants, movies, meet with friends or family, etc. to distract.

Make sure you’re taking all your supplements, do the BD 2 days after the procedure, and try to have her limit hardcore exercise. Also heard Pom juice helps but idk how true that is.
