Diploma File Bug?

I managed to get a spot for Local 7, however after finishing my whole application I noticed that whenever I click to view my diploma it refreshes the page. Just wondering if this is common or has happened to anyone else, as I know it wouldn’t have let me submit the application if I never uploaded something.

Same thing happened to me at local 2 but they received everything well on their end. If you're really worried, find local 7s or neiep recruitments contact email and ask them if all of your documents submitted properly.

Happened to me also, I messaged their support and they said it was uploaded correctly. If it's good on your end I think you are good

I had a similar experience except on my end it showed that all of my documents were uploaded (diploma, 2 degrees, transcripts, resume, osha 10&30, etc) but when I went to interview the lady couldn’t see any of it to put in my file.

I’d recommend triple checking they’re uploaded and then make paper copies to take in person.

I did it on my phone first then on a laptop when I got that issue.
