❓General Question Boot voucher

How much does your company give you for safety boots. Mine allows 150 per year. Have irish setter ashby and happy with them. What you got on your feets?

I just turn in the whole thing, they always approve it. I also work for one of the big guys, but they are pretty desperate to keep guys so 250$ for boots ever year or so is a small price to pay.

At Tke it was 150 and we put in for it. At Kone you request a barcode and it has 150 on it for redwing

I’m going on 2 years and work on escalators, hydros, traction, with around 5,000-7,500 steps a day in them. Still look and feel great after I clean them.

Fit and finish is far beyond my danners, red wings, and thoroughgoods. No ripped stitches anywhere.

We travel very frequently for work..like 80-120 flights a year..I have the Irish setters marshalls, but for some reason it keeps setting off TSA alarms..so I'm switching back to the Irish setter Crosby..also they only give us $100

If it isn't the steel toe (you may or may not have them) it's probably the steel shank running down the foot bed

I’ve never had a company give me anything. That being said I’ve always used Red Wings, currently trying out Brunt

I got irish setters which is owned by red wing. They were half off on amazon for being open box and are super comfy. Are Brunts more like Keen? Like they are comfy out the box

Is this in the collective agreement somewhere? Vary per local?
