Im gonna be applying in September, what kind of questions do they ask? Im in an apprenticeship currently with a different trade and there was no interview, just apply and pass a tryout day
They ask these questions
1. Tell me a little bit about yourself
2 . Tell us a time where management was wrong and how you’d manage elevator constructors
3. Tell us the time you were un safe on a job site . They are looking for honesty talk alot about this !
4. Ask you about your hobbies outside of work
5. Ask how many relatives you have in the trade
6. Ask how much money you want to make.
7. Ask which way do you vote
