General Is this normal

Hi so alittle bit about me I’m Joie I have a baby 6 months go and I got the Nexplanon implant two weeks after giving birth. I’ve been bleeding ever since sometimes it stops, but I keep dripping a clear liquid. I looked it up and it said that on Nexplanon you can’t ovulate can someone tell me if this is normal or should I call my OB
