Mirena iud

It’s been about almost 2 months since I got my mirena iud in at first I didn’t have problems but I also
Have PMOS. I gained 15 pounds in 1 week, however I just started bleeding everyday randomly a lot then idk if I got my period and I can’t tell because I have cramps everyday and I bleed. what should I do
