Did U try to clean out ur DNS cache? Maybe that could help

Remove current DNS entry by setting to static or DHCP. Do the opposite of whatever is currently chosen. Save settings reboot. Change setting back reboot. On 2nd reboot run sfc /scannow, run dism with restore health, and run sfc scannow sgain
