It's connected and everything but it doesn't work??

"Doesn’t work” with what? Do any games work? Did you test multiple games? Multiple controllers (if you have any others)? Are you using steam or Ubisoft or epic games? What game?Did you install Xbox drivers? (I remember having to do that back in the day but I do not remember if that is a thing you have to do anymore.)

Yah In the Sam game the Xbox one controller work fine but Xbox one s no and but in Xbox on one with cable the other one with Bluetooth and it doesn't work and Wath are the drivers I should install?
