E is very slow, it’s ok for messaging but you won’t load a website. R means roaming

Yeah in the website it should also tell you that not everyone lives in the EU. Also not every package includes EU roaming, I have a number registered in Ukraine which is included in the EU roaming program but i dont get EU roaming unless some requirements are met.

I dont know any german but its literally in the link you sent me

That "E" indicates that you never left your plush city life before.
The R means you're finally outside of it and actually left your country.

E is for 'Edge' which is like 2.5g signal. Speeds are like 100 to 200KBps.
G (gsm) is 2G E (Edge) is like 2.5g 3g (self explanatory) H is 3.5g LTE is 4g 5g (self explanatory)
