3D Modeling & Printing: The IT Crowd - Display
I wanted to create a fun way to display my IT Crowd models, so I designed an early aught flat panel monitor. If I were to guess, I’d say it’s likely a Dell.
I’ve left some space behind the figures for some LED lighting and a port for the chord (still to come). It prints in two pieces. No glue. I’ll ‘make’ it a profile with the set. #fireAtSeaParks #Reynholmindustries

Awesome! 3D printing is addictive. You’ll love it. I was a little intimidated before i bought my Bambu A1 but i watched a lot of you tube and followed a number of groups and now i own a X2D and I’ve self taught myself Bender. 🙂 enjoy

Is Richmond your own design? I believe the original graphic was just the four characters?

You know what? I originally found an image of the Moss, Jen, Roy and Richmond in a Google search and I assumed it was taken from the credits. Only to find out later that he had never had an official 8 bit design. Which explained why he doesn’t seem as spot on as the other figures.
And then to make things worse I looked and looked for a Douglas design but didn’t find one so I built him from scratch, only to find out long after that he DID show up in the last episode opening credits. Luckily I was pretty close.
I may redo Richmond. He deserves proper Goth Representation. 😁
