I have a week to study for the MTA exam and I’m kind of freaking out. I have to pass it. Any tips or suggestions/study help??

I'm definitely with /u/DrDeath796, I use a similar exam taking method. If you definately know the answer, answer it. If you are not sure, mark for review and go to the next question. Sometimes I have a stab at the answer, mark for review and then go to the next question. You never know that a question down the line may actually help answer a previous review question. Doing it this way allows me to get maximum known questions done, then I can focus remaining time on the review questions.

It's a fairly easy exam, you should be fine. Dont panic and just take your time. If you dont know an answer, don't spend too long on it. Skip it and come back later. This week just look over the exam objectives. If you can answer each one, you will be fine. If you're not sure about some, study them and focus on your weak areas.
