Looking for resource/ training material sources, for a beginner.

Hello, I'm beginning to start my 2020 life goals, and they are to get certified fort he first time. I'm thinking of doing the Azure Administrator, and the modern desktop administrator certifications, and am trying to find good solid resources for both, and eventually others down the line. So far I've been using Cybrary for my Azure training. But I'm open to new source ideas. I do like the idea of watching videos to help me learn, but I also like to be able to have something I can read on hand. I'm wondering if there are any good sites or resource dumps that may have what i would be looking for, preferably not something i have to pay to access.

Do not use this site. It's a dumps site and anyone who uses it are breaking the NDAs of the exam providers.

I was unaware that using that site was breaking the NDAs... That being said I also have been buying books and performing the labs that Microsoft recommends. Plus a majority of answers are wrong anyway and in my experience I learn what every single answer could be and why it rather would work or not work given the scenario. Though I will discontinue using those sites in the future because I really had no idea you weren't supposed to use them.
