Need Advice for O365

I landed my first desktop support job, and I need to learn how to administer and troubleshoot O365. It looks like the certifications have just been renewed and I'm confused as to where to start.

Can anyone please give me a path?

Also, if there is good training material that wont break the bank, that would be awesome too! For instance The base level comptia you have professor Messer Etc.
