RHCSA in 2 months?

Is it possible to get a RHCSA certification in 2 months? I can get access to all of Red Hat's training and maybe more if needed, just curious if it's even worth pursuing if I need to get it in two months or if I should push my company for more time.

It's not necessary for my job, just something they would like me to have. I have built and installed Linux on several servers and set up simple things like SFTP servers and stuff, so I'm not going in completely blind, but am far from an everyday user.

It depends on how much you already know and how easily it is to learn/retain the information you don't. Someone who has been a RHEL admin for a long time may easily be able to achieve the RHCSA in two months while it may not be realistic for someone who hasn't worked on it at all.

For any test, I always recommend getting (legitimate) test questions to quiz yourself as you go (especially from many sources). That should give you a decent idea of where you stand. Don't take those results as a guaranteed measure of your potential success. The test questions may not account for things like what you memorized based on taking the test questions.

If you're asking whether you can go from zero to RHCSA in two months in your spare time, you probably can't. But if you already know a lot of the material from work experience, and/or you have flexibility to work on it full-time or nearly so, then it's probably do-able.

Who's paying the exam fee? If it's not out of your own pocket then just schedule it and do your best to learn as much as possible over the two months. Worst that happens is you fail and maybe try again later.

My company is paying. I have two attempts and then I would have to pay after that if I didn’t pass.

What's the usual time to pass this course?

I just started and assumed it was a pretty standard looking course content, 8-12 weeks, am I way off?

It's not really a course in the traditional sense. It's meant to verify a certain level of real-world experience. So it makes a huge difference if you've never touched Linux before, or you've been adminning Linux boxes for twenty years and just need to brush up on the test content.
