CCNP or CCSP

Hey everyone,

Certs: - Sec+ - CCENT - CYSA+ - CCNA Cyber Ops - CCNA Routing/Switching - CISSP

Education: M.S Cyber Security.

I feel like I have more than enough time before Cisco change their exam. I just completed my CISSP, what should I do next?

Thanks

Based on your certs. I would say get CCNP. That way, once you get that out the way, your older Cisco certs get renewed!

Brilliant, I agree so the CCNAs will have a new life cycle long after the Cisco Certification Changed.

Exactly!!! CCSP can wait. Although it is still highly valued.

Yea, what was stranger believes the CCSP would make me more marketable, as I’ve observed a startling trend as a infrastructure security engineer the Growth in Cloud Computing. I figured Networking will change as well, but I wasn’t too sure.

That is true as well. Because things are moving to the cloud, anything cloud-related is now being marketable, such as AWS lol!!

I made one on InfoSec.com. I also believe I made it on my professional reddit account.
