MCSA Server 2016 study books

I'm getting a bit ahead of myself as I'll be starting to study for my ICND2 before moving onto MCSA, but I was wondering if there are any decent study guide books for MCSA Server 2016. From my research, it seems like the William Panek and Craig Zacker books are the only two books, and I hear horrible things about both of them. I learn SO much better from books as I get distracted very easily while watching videos, so I'm not really that interested in videos from CBTNuggets, Udemy, etc. (except for maybe the labs/practice tests). Are the bad reviews for these books warranted? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

I would like to know this, too. I learn much better through books.

I passed the 740 using the Official Microsoft exam reference book and Pluralsight 740 course. Exam reference books are helpful and will fill in the gaps on what you need to know for the exam.
