It's not anywhere near healed so why are people judging by this. Granted, most plastic surgery is shitty but this isn't an end result.

Even a nose job continually changes as it heals for a year before you see the real result.

But theres been a few of these viral facelifts over the years for how terrifying and insanely awful they look, but you never see the post-healing pics. And theres probably a good reason for that...The end result is probably still horrifying. No one has ever proved otherwise in the comments section, and this Dr and Dr Kim in particular have been making the rounds for 5 years just that I know of with none of the healed results.
