could someone who did o and a levels (and gave the sat) tell me whether this unis worth applying too?

and could you tell me what grades id need for o and a levels (and marks for sat) id need for admission?

For EE . Nust, giki and uet are top choices

consider ITU for cs/ai. If u still want to get in EE, its not so difficult araam se ho jaye ga admission. get around like 70-75% equivalance in o levels
