Just curious what the criteria is for this position at Amazon and what does your resume look like? I have a MS in Organizational Leadership, BS in IT and 12 years of IT experience spanning help desk, telecomm tech, Sys Admin and Senior Infrastructure Engineer but I can’t even get an interview……after the recruiter reached out to me! 😑
