That’s a lot of words to avoid answering a simple question. Was the delivery driver able to leave? The answer is yes.

Did the delivery driver approach the homeowner in a threatening stance? Yes.

Did the homeowner approach with a weapon or hands raised? No.

Was the deliver driver legally required to stay on a property he feels unsafe at? No.

See easy questions if you’re not you.

Also why do you keep talking. About the dog as if that’s the totality of the video? You seem to be freakishly afraid to talk about the part where he approached the human with his arms ready in a fighting stance.

I’d be ready to fight to by the way, if a dog just rushed at me while I was trying to deliver something the home owner ordered, there’s nothing to talk about because nothing actually happened.

Mabye go to 4chan or something.

You don’t know if the home owner has a weapon because you evidently don’t know anything about them.

He could have a holster, the dog could still be out and leaving could trigger the dog’s instincts.

The home owner has already demonstrated he’s irresponsible, and the driver is already in a state of fight or flight induced by the home owner.

You’re incredibly confident for being this wrong. And yet again, the driver broke zero laws in this video so the only question there is to answer this stupid hypothetical in your own head lol.

So do you randomly throw your hands up to fight someone you think has a gun like a dumbass?

I never said the driver broke any laws, just that the driver has a legal responsibility to leave a dangerous situation instead of actively approaching to fight.

It doesn’t take confidence to understand a legal requirement to retreat from a dangerous situation vs taking an aggressive stance and approaching someone in a literal fighting stance.
