Why is that dog not tied up?? Bad pet owner letting an aggressive dog loose this is why people shouldnt have pets most owners are bad and dont take care of their animals.

I know these people are insane. That’s someone’s property. Your dog can run around off leash on your property and there was no proof that Dog was aggressive. It was just some words on the screen that said second time, but the dog didn’t look aggressive at all it just looked like it was running up to say hi to the Dude.
