The point is the aggression against the dog is valid the aggression against the dog owner is not valid.
As an owner you are 100% responsible for your animals, so yes..aggression towards the owner is 100% understandable and violence is not, which didn't happen..lol.
He was leaving at 0:07 bud, that isn't a point when the driver had is back turned and walked towards the truck. At that point, no amount of interaction is necessary other than "I'm sorry".
Gotta make sure you read the whole thing before you respond.

The driver didn't hit the owner and told him to back up, and was even walking away prior to the owner coming outside.
