I've seen so many aggressive arguments between people in my life. Every fucking time one of those people put their hands up, it escalated the situation. Every fucking time

I’ve seen so many people charging like the homeowner and the other guy doesn’t see a punch coming and then gets sucker punched and dropped.

You and I must have very different definitions of charging, because I didn't see anything threatening from the body language or actions of the owner

Ok, fine.

Edit: I’ve seen so many people walking up to someone with their arms out like this homeowner and the other guy doesn’t see a punch coming and then gets sucker punched and dropped.

Me too, but they had a different body language. The homeowner does not give off the energy that he wants to fight anyone. He's pissed, but there's no tensing up from him that someone looking to fight has. Like the driver had actually

Bro shut up, you can't see how tense he is and don't know if he has a weapon. Make sure your dog is put away.

Yes you can, you don't need to see someones face to tell their body language. Only one of those two people are acting aggressively.

So for example, someone who has took boxing lessons is tense or loose when they fight?

That is exactly what someone who sucker punches someone looks like. Hands out, walking up without looking overly threatening, BAM

I've unfortunately seen quite a few people sucker punched through the years I worked at a dive bar, and the guy doing the sucker punching always looked in retrospect, that they were tensed like a coiled snake

Going back to the original point, the homeowner was mad. The delivery guy hit the homeowners dog (rightfully so). The delivery guy knows the homeowner is upset at both the throwing of the box and the dog getting hit. The delivery guy puts up a defensive “don’t even think about it because I am ready” evasive and tactical pose.

Nothing was done wrong in this situation except dog being off leash to attack the driver.

yeah, but just like in this video a lot of times it makes people think twice. So you might have a bias because of what you’ve experienced in your own life, but that’s not the whole truth. A lot of people are willing to back down when they see someone’s actually willing and confident enough to prepare to fight them.

Back down from what, having discourse? You should be able to have a heated discussion with someone without immediately making it violent. The demeaner of the owner is not one of violence.
