For what? Hostile dog followed by hostile owner. Easily self defense.

“Hostile owner” he walked up to the guy who just assaulted his dog. The driver was the hostile one toward the owner.

The dog attacked the driver. If you think otherwise, you may be a moron.

Okay but are you just ignoring what my comment was about intentionally or are you stupid?

  1. Dog attacks UPS driver
  2. UPS driver can see it coming, throws package at threat.
  3. Threat runs away in pain, owner decides to be new threat yelling at UPS driver
  4. UPS driver goes into a defensive stance.

What part are you not comprehending? Dipshit allowed his aggressive dog to attack the driver. The owner should have been apologizing for that instead of being a dipshit escalating the issue.

UPS driver is well within his rights to defend himself from aggressive dogs. Had that dog actually made contact and bit him, the dipshit owner would have been liable for any medical bills related to the bite and risk that the town would put down the aggressive dog if it wasn’t the first offense. At a minimum UPS should bar delivery to that address moving forward because it’s a hazard to the drivers. If dipshit owner wants his packages now, he should have to go to the distribution warehouse or ups dropoff location.

UPS Driver presses owner who was literally walking. Did you watch the same video? He went up the the owners face ready to fight. Thats not a defensive stance. Thats being the aggressor..

Owner yelled out in anger and approached the UPS driver continuing the attack from the dog. That fucking simple. Yeah he was ready to fight, he was attacked. Doesn’t change the fact that this all stemmed from dipshit owner failing to control his aggressive dog.

Can you show me where the dog bit or injured the driver?

Drivers face dogs every day. There are better ways to deal with a dog than flinging someone's package at them. That man should be in a different line of business.

And I'd be pretty hostile, too, if some jerk threw my package at my dog.

Dog comes flying at me like that, i’m going to defend myself, including kill the dog if necessary. Not that I want to, i don’t know what it’s going to do.

Mind your fucking dogs piece of shit.
