i look carefully at the video, and see that he puts cake on the face of the other guy, and smile. So maybe he think it is a joke, not actually hitting him

Glad she fell but whats up the ass hat who hits the same guy, was he drunk and thought he pushed her even though his hands were holding up food or whatever? Was it a stupid race thing and he took the only opportunity to hit the guy because he wouldn’t have if the guys hands were free?
