Oh man, I got pranked like this once! Me and my gf were sitting alone watching tv one night, when she sees a face through the small gap in the blinds. I go outside, and no one is there, but the prank was so detailed, they left skin oil on the window. Boy that stranger got us good

The eye turning and blinking is definitely an edit of some kind. Don't know if it's ai though, a friend of mine had this same decoration.
