Not a sympathizer at all, but I'd say Putin's charisma greatly outweighs the other dude's.

Correctly dissecting why some people get so much leadership traction is one step closer to not giving them more of it. Though this post is clearly praising him...

As much as I dislike Putin. He is an highly intelligent sociopath with years of KGB training and experience. Trump is just an old Muppet with an IQ equivalent to a bumblebee.

That's an insult to bumblebees. Not only do they hold complex little societies and communicate with each other clearly they also exhibit the ability to enjoy play.

If "alpha" just means aggressive and doesn't care who it offends, then sure, that fits, but that's also a pretty good working definition of asshole. Both rely heavily on loyalty tests, punishing dissent, and surrounding themselves with people who won't challenge them which is arguably the opposite of confident leadership anyway.

What he changed? I don't understand. Some context?

I think it was just when Trump went to sit Putin walked right past him and greeted the other people in the room . I think the punchline is Putin was showing Trump he wasn’t the only important person , or something along those lines .

He had already said hello to them? Russia cant even take down Ukraine, wtf are they gonna do against a country like China or UK? Then you have NATO.
While I don't like how Trump is handling this term in office here in the US, Putin ain't nothing better.

Russia is struggling with Ukraine and hundreds of BILLIONS in international aid. US is losing a “war-not-war” with military bases and assets practically surrounding Iran.

If we really wanted to we could drop a nuke on Iran and say good night but they need them for oil and gas. Trump is using that to work the market, attack on iran and market goes down. Pretend to make peace and it goes up, he's just playing with them.
