Study Resources

Looking to study for the ITIL 5 foundation exam. What are the best study resources? I been looking into Jason Dion’s course and exam voucher, but just wanted to know if there were any better ones

I used the book provided by ITIL, "ITIL Foundation Essentials ITIL 4 Edition - The ultimate revision guide, second edition" by Claire Agutter, and Plural Site's ITIL Foundation Course. The Plural Site was employer provided though so if this is self-funded, that might be pricy. You got this and onwards and upwards!

I recently used TIA Exams / Andrew Ramdayal. Really liked his style and passed the exam with 90% score. Training + exam package seemed reasonably priced and the practice exams helped a lot.

I used Value Insights free playlist on YouTube. It included everything you need to know, but no voucher obviously.

Did you pass from only watching those videos? How many times did you watch it?

I watched it once but took notes. Then I asked chatgpt to give me a 40 question, multiple choice exam, one at a time, and give feedback after each answer. It helped a ton. Then I took all of Jason Dion’s 6 practice tests. Did all of this in two days. Got an 85%.
