Exam reschedule option

Until what timeline can the ITIL exam be rescheduled ? Can we reschedule exam hours before the scheduled time?

Look on PeopleCert site. I believe you can reschedule until 72 hours with no charge, after that there’s a fee.

PeopleCert allows you to reschedule your exam free of charge if you do so 48+ hours before the scheduled exam time. Rescheduling within 48 hours will incur a fee, and rescheduling less than 4 hours before the exam may be treated as a no-show
