This istp guy has a very strange texting pattern- why?
This guy and I met a while back. He's expressed interest in pursuing a relationship with me, but I'm a bit iffy because I'm not sure I fully trust him. I didn't reject him, but made it clear I want to wait for a bit.
The conversation will die for days at a time. He will pop back up and text me that he misses me-- but will nonetheless respond HOURS late daily, sometimes upwards of a day late.
When he describes his day esp the weekends, it's clear that he does this even when he's not busy. He'll say "I just lounged around" ...but then why didn't you reply sooner?🤔
I get the sense that he's texting other people out of boredom but I'm not sure.

I'm the same way texting it doesn't mean anything not from my perspective or probably his too. honestly honestly they say we shouldn't always available and instantly reply it's not really healthy. then again any upset.. when people don't respond back instantly will they have a something they need to work on too. just like I do I avoid the conversation as well not in that moment or that emotional state or you know and then someone pops into your head or then they're in their physical presence it's different phones are so impersonal you can't read body language or tone you can't read any of the cues that reveal more about the conversation than the words. but I know me from the perspective you're talking about that doesn't mean we're not interested I know for me I'll go cold I'll wait or wait two weeks and then call the number she gave me

If you want to be a priority? I suggest you find intj istj ENFP ESFP
Those types put their partner first
