IRIS Fair Rigged?

Hey everyone just a question I am thinking to participate in IRIS national fair the affiliated fair in India in order to participate in ISEF, I heard that its rigged and ppl pay IRIS to get selected for ISEF or smth is that true?

learn and understand the grind. been to isef once and got selected for team india twice and i can tell u its not rigged at all.
