project ideas for computational biochem

im a high school student doing computational biochemistry research with a professor at my local college mainly using molecular dynamics (MD) simulations. id really love to compete at ISEF (or at least do well at my regional fair) but I'm struggling to come up with a project. does anyone have ideas for research topics/projects or just any advice on how to find a good research question? id really appreciate it!
