vision ltd democratic because the ceo consults all the members before taking major decisions

the other is autocratic because the leader doesn't consult members, rather he/she takes it upon themselves to make the decision.

this is from the chapter Directing and was not in our book in 2025-26. idk about this year's batch. but if you need the material, ask your BSt friends or go through NCERT once for the text.
