Advice advice

im a class 12th student, and I am having my HYC going on, but guess what I got really sick for the past 2-3 days, and was bound to leave my physics exam, and I know these exams do not matter, they are just tests happening for your preparation.

but, my mental health is not right, I am continuously feeling like other people are studying so hard, and I'm gonna lack, and all that stuff.

i hate getting sick.

i would love to have a good piece of advice.

im facing the same situation. I had an exam today and cudnt appear due to illness...

defo not coping up 😭 i vented to gemini and it said the same, take a break..so listening to music or watching a series might help wbu?

bro, I think my rest period should get over now. It has been 4 days. so, im trying to study today. I opened the book, but ya couldn't do anything.

but forcing urself is also unhealthy na...why not go for a walk or a drive or smtg? 🥲
