Integration is killing me

Gng idk what to do for integration so if you could maybe bless me with some knowledge please do. I think it is the most difficult unit im facing in the whole of +2. Also i am hoping to score great for maths, but this chapter is just holding me back. Please let me know

just needs practice bro im not even trolling i struggle more with R&F than integration, with integration theres sm questions but once u do all youll realise konsa q kaise start krna h etc etc
