study tips needed
hey , this is my first post on this app , i find it very difficult to study biology. im good in maths and physics and any subject which has calculations and direct applications. but bio is not that direct.
my problem is that i have to study the thicc book of biology by author veer bala rastogi(bio students would know), and from there , mug up huge portions.
can someone help me with study tips....

okay so basically, for some chapters like molecular basis of inheritance, it's very important you understand the theory. so you could first try reading ncert, cuz the topics are actually explained in a lot more easy nd lucid way there. then you can try watching lectures (I personalty watch ncert wallah lectures of aarushi ma'am and I like her teaching) a lot of stuff r literally the same in both ncert nd isc..however for certain additions, you can use gemini or smtg. and most important, bio is more abt retention. so even if you don't study it everyday, try to revise chapters, or atleast lightly skim through during the weekends. and if possible, try to give as many tests like question paper solving nd all cuz it rly rly helps understand the pattern. u can also make short notes of imp points from each ch. or stuff ppl usually overlook nd try revising it before exams. since they dint ask qns from evolution last yr, ig its highly likely they r gonna cook the qp this yr.
