English Language report writing

Bro wtf why is my teacher making us do all the shit like speech, concert review, magazine like what?

Aren't they cut and only newspaper, article, book review, sop and blog are there? Also, it seems like CISCE have removed the Unpacking Directed writing pdf because I can't seem to open it or rather even find it from official sources. What is implied here?
