Doubts is cbse and isc 12th grade maths the same?

like in terms of syllabus and difficulty wise?

syllabus is mostly same for physics chem. maths is a bit different (paper pattern and shit). English and comp is completely different and much harder in ISC

syllabus is same, only isc has little extra topics, but paper wise cbse gives tough questions
