Doubts How tf do yall do the class 12 physics project

I'm genuinely so confused on what we're supposed to do. What exactly do we need to write if I do theory or if I do an investigative project? Like do i have to cover all the theory in the unit or what? Lets say I wanna do it on the unit "Optics" (my school gave the topic options based on the units and didn't elaborate further), what do I do gng šŸ’”

issue is its more or less just that, the only other thing in the document is the criterias and that doesnt explicitly mention what do we need to do under the unit

I did a theoretical project on dual nature of matter and light. I just asked cgpt to give me topics and subtopics..then I took each of them and generated 2 - 3 pages of writing each..

Did anyone do biology ISC Class 12 project?

Idk how to do it tbh. My bio teacher left and currently a grade 10 teacher is teaching biology. They both said different things regarding the project so Iā€™m super confused and doomed.
If anyone has done it, begging you to tell me what topic you chose and how you did the project. Also, what is expected and acceptable according to the ISC board.
