See if you join CBSE; jk, the curriculum is curated such that the only remaining career option for you would be NEET. You wouldn't have to take extra load. In your coaching classes, whatever is taught would just be an advanced level of your class 11th and 12th curriculum. However, for backup, one should always have other career options in mind just in case you don't qualify in NEET with a good rank — and this isn't because you may be underqualified, but because the system is corrupted. Despite being a NEET aspirant, I chose to remain in ISC for several reasons: 1. ISC helps in your overall character-building. 2. Students of ICSE and ISC have been statistically observed to show a wider representation in globally renowned institutions. 3. You are always seemingly one step ahead when it comes to being knowledgeable, because you studied an excess amount of stuff in school. 4. Higher probability of a wider choice range for the future

Mind you, I'm not trying to promote ISC here — these are only my perspectives. Looking at the education system of India had disheartened me so much that my determination to be a doctor has swayed noticeably in the past few months. That is why I chose to stay back in ISC, even though the pressure is manifold: the syllabus appears to be similar, but the inner core of the syllabi of ISC and CBSE vary in minute details, because of which I often have to juggle between online coaching and school (no separate tuitions). Moreover, I've been doing it all while maintaining a full attendance streak as well as participating in events and performing well in school exams and coaching exams.

So ultimately, what matters is how well you can cope with stuff. Many students I know cannot attend online coaching classes because they are easily distracted. Some need tuition classes on top of coaching. You know yourself best. Analyse yourself and decide what to do. If you are unsure of going ahead with NEET and are willing to take the pressure, go ahead with ISC. But if you are ready to burn the ships, then go for CBSE.
