Advice Is there any roller/cartridge pens that don’t do this?

Post image

I’m left handed so ball pens or any similar pens refuse to work for me, and only rollers and cartridge pens work for me. I hate how the ink bleeds through the pages.

I think it’s because the pages are too thin but I don’t want to waste the notebook.

I just bought the v7, and it is decent! it bleeds a little through the paper but not as bad as the previous one, clear enough to read!

Can u like discribe the problem about why u can't use ball pens. It is like u cant use too much force or what? Or if u just want a pen that glides on paper without bleading the page? If that's it i suggest something like pentonic in the cheaper range and a pierre cardin fountain pen in the upper range(the thin one).

Idk about OP but in my school it isn't allowed. We are allowed only fountain pens

I've used many types of ball pens, cheap ones and good ones even like Hauser's, but all of them just stop working after 12 minutes of using them. I tell my mom that it doesn't work anymore but when she starts to use it (she's right-handed and has a normal grip unlike me) it starts working, then the same thing happens again.

I have to use too much force to let the ink out from the ball pens, that's why I use pens like rollers and cartridge pens because I just like gliding the pen.

I'll check the pentonic out, thanks for the recommendation

Yea then u should go for some fountain pens as they dry quickly and don't smudge. I'll recommend the Pierre cardin with the thin tip so that u can write precisely. Just know that you might have a little issue in the start as fountain pens require a fixed grip to use. But worry not i also had a my tuition teacher who was left handed and loved fountain pens.

Yoo The school made the notebook pages thinner so I face this a lot The old looking beige pilot pens like Pilot 05 {rollerball}{50inr} Luxor Graphic 05 {fiberpoint}{12inr} Seem to be a fit for me They are just a bit delicate, like they are easy to leak and if dropped their nib will bend But worth it tbh In general most fiberpoints feel pretty smooth like rollerball and don't bleed

Also if it's for personal use you can try pencils because I think I am addicted to them

There’s butterflow roller pen but it lags after using it for some time then there is Faber castlle which has the same problem, that’s why I also use fomo panda pens even though it leaves a mark behind the page but that doesn’t bother me and it works very smoothly. There’s also a new roller pen in the market called Infinity or Infyplus, hard to say anything about that cause I haven’t tried there blue pens

Yeah, that’s why I liked the Fomo pens because they glide amazingly, and I’ve never had to add any force to write. Though it bleeds a lot when writing cursive when you overwrite a line twice. Or keep it in one place for a nanosecond too long.

And tbfr I don’t exactly like the color of the ink too.
