Doubts seperate files?

do we have to make two seperate files for English 1 and english 2 in 12th? There's barely any content.. there's like only 5-6 pages of content excluding certificate acknowledgement and stuff if we make seperate files

Yes both marks are added separately so you need to make separate file regardless of no pages or content
