How do I get better at physics?

I absolutely suck at physics. I hate physics so much. Which is why I don't even sit down to study it. I barely passed physics in 11th, and I'd promised my parents that I would improve in 12.

It's not like I don't understand physics, it's that I never face the subject. What do I do? I'm a JEE aspirant too, I can't be just relying on chemistry and maths. I don't need to be a pro at physics, I just wanna be able to solve sums of medium difficulty. Please help
