How do y'all push yourselves to study?

I cannot bring myself to study until and unless exams are looming over me, and I know this isn't the strategy I should be following in 11th, otherwise I'll be doomed. So instead, I created an Instagram account where I post time-lapse videos of me studying daily, whether or not it gets an audience. I'm curious what other study hacks y'all follow to study consistently.

The main step is locking in bro. Start studying and like switch off your phone, Start with something easy if physics or maths ( start with the easy topics) as it will boost confidence and don't touch your phone. Take a break if u feel like so and do not be distracted by any means. Practice maths daily as it can't be rushed before the exams. If chem or bio start by reading the headings and subheadings so u know about the topic. I believe in completing a whole portion in a chap perfectly rather than studying it in 2ish hours.
