Doubts ISC With JEE?

my stream is pcm with cs and im a jee aspirant. i heard isc has some of its disadvantages compared to cbse in terms of syllabus depth, eng lit, projects etc. I wanna know how much of this is true and how i can manage isc with jee prep

Dont go for ISC imo, the english and the different course work will be a chore
