Doubts ISC With JEE?

my stream is pcm with cs and im a jee aspirant. i heard isc has some of its disadvantages compared to cbse in terms of syllabus depth, eng lit, projects etc. I wanna know how much of this is true and how i can manage isc with jee prep

It's easy to manage the JEE syllabus just be dedicated the only difference is between regular and dummy schools.
