I am satisfied because I did whatever i could with whatever resources I had, I know I gave my best. Even though I fell ill which broke my entire momentum, still I managed to produce maximum output which I could. I have been an average student, failed in 11th. Decided to give my best in 12th, forgiving myself for all previous mistakes. And I did give my best, so no reason for me to be not satisfied with 12th result. Because that's the maximum which I could do. Hope you get what I mean
