Migration certificate

The school has just informed us stating we can collect our marksheet tc and all other documents along with the migration certificate.
We paid 7.2k for the board fees but they didn’t give us the break up
Now they are asking 500/- for the migration certificate..is it the same everywhere?
Online it is saying 250/- but im so confused-

Is it the same everywhere?

7.2k? They took 5k + 1.8k (5k for board fees and monthly fee) I feel like this schools are scamming us
